Interesting ... the complexity of factors in climatology to confound the GIGO modelers in their mission to blame man and grow government with ever bigger taxing and regulating.

Dr. Roy Spencer, in his book Climate Confusion, spends some length at postulating upon the effects of evapotranspiration and precipitation in modulating temperature.

Now this is anthropomorphic; the bacteria, needing a ride, whistle up a taxi.
