Interesting ... the complexity of factors in climatology to confound the GIGO modelers in their mission to blame man and grow government with ever bigger taxing and regulating.
Dr. Roy Spencer, in his book Climate Confusion, spends some length at postulating upon the effects of evapotranspiration and precipitation in modulating temperature.
“For example, an analysis of snow samples has hinted that bacteria swept up into the atmosphere trigger precipitation so that they can return to the ground.”
Now this is anthropomorphic; the bacteria, needing a ride, whistle up a taxi.
