Thanks for turning me on to the
Ernest Tubb version of "Blue Christmas." There are a lot of Elvis songs that I think were done better by the original artist, Big Mama Thornton's "Hound Dog" being a good case in point.

There is a very moving Christmas song called “Joseph’s Song” which I heard only once on the car radio while traveling to my son’s for Christmas. Alas, I don’t know who recorded it but if you could track it down and provide a link, I would be eternally grateful. Have a wonderful Christmas and God Bless!
