While I’d like for the Christmas Tree to stay, Im glad more and more people are admitting its a Christian symbol. The attempt to de-Christianize Christmas by allowing so called “non-religious” symbols like Saint Nicholas and Christmas trees” always brought me a laugh. Who do these morons think Saint Nicholas was? A sunni?
“Its got pagan roots! Its got pagan roots!”-O pllllllease. Everything has Pagan roots. If we want to play that game then the Menorah has pagan roots as its based on the tree of life. The fact remains the Christmas tree celebrates the birth of Jesus. I feel bad for non-Christians who feel left out this time of year, but buying a Christmas tree and calling it a holiday tree is as bad as calling a Menorah a holiday candle.
