Franken will take the lead by one vote and the state will immediately certify the result.

That is a good guess. It seems like a criminal mind would make sure that Franken won by twice the amount that Coleman originally did.

146 for Franken.
They always bring it in just a few over, to try and make it plausible.

Again, Franken by 268.
And please send my gift card to a soldier at Walter Reed.
Thanks.

This may not be the end even after the recount if it shows Coleman the winner. Does anyone know if the Senate has the same rules as the House regarding their being the final arbiter of who is seated?
Remember the 8th House district in Indiana in the '84 election? The election was over and recounted and certified by the Indiana Sec. of State in favor of the 'Pub, but the 'Rats in the House were having none of it. They decided not to seat the 'Pub and did their own "recount", and, ta dah, the 'Rat ended up "winning" by, are you ready for this, four, yes, four lousy votes. Of course, the 'Rats did all sorts of twisting and manipulating to get the desired result (e.g., disallowing paper ballots where the voter's 'x' or check mark strayed just a little outside the box next to the candidate's name. But they got their desired, preordained result.
The 'Rats are going to steal this, you watch. And they're going to get their control of cloture.
My guess? Frankenputz by 113 "votes".

sadly i believe it’ll be frakenfraud at 431, just enough to cover difference as well as the ‘disputed’ absentee votes, not including any additional found in trunks of cars of acorn members...

Since they seem to be using the Washington State method of “finding” votes I am going to guess 129 votes. That is the number that Gregoire “beat” Rossi for the governor position in 2004.
