I think what’s troubling me most lately is the rumor of the Fairness Doctrine. Trying to silence conservative talk radio. That, and his desire to change what’s taught in the classroom (teaching children about “appropriate touching” in kindergarten... Um, isn’t that up to parents to teach?), his desire to create his “civil security force...” If nothing else, his ideas are branches off of the Hitler tree.

Perhaps the biggest similarity I see between the two is the insatiable desire to CONTROL. Believe me, I want to believe Obama is the antidote to what ails us, but I have a gut feeling he is everything but. And throwing the newsies who have disagreed with him off of his campaign leaves a very sour taste in my mouth.

You could also add in the Civilian Defense Force more powerful than the armed forces into this equation.

Also add in the media. If Joseph Goebbels were still alive he would give a Wayne’s World salute to the media bowing down and saying “I’m not worthy.”

"I disagree that the minor correlations you have mined among Hitler (a long-time, public Jew and Catholic hater and executer) have bearing/resemblance to Obozo.

You might want to consider asking yourself if you are the frog dropped into the pan of warm water, seeing no reason to jump out.

Scarier yet?

Page 247 of another book pointing to the great unifier and false prophet who will rise from the new rome.
Page 224 points to the beginning of the celebration with the birth of Israel.... which occurred 60 years ago... by dude Ezekial.

I know its eerie, don’t call it religion, try looking at it as sci-fi.

Only one problem, it is too close to reality.

I’ve seen two movies this weekend (since FreeRepublic was down) and they are both VERY worth watching....and both have connections to Hitler’s Germany.:

EXPELLED

THE LIVES OF OTHERS

(By the way, I think he’s already changed his position on REQUIRED community service.....Some moms objected to it.....after they had voted for him, exclaiming they had no idea about his plan for forcing their babies to work.)

I warned against this before the election and I gave at least 25 similarities between Hitler and Obama. Those who forget the past are condemned to repeat it.

I also remember from history that Hitler used the disaffected youth and outright bullies to do his dirty work and intimidation for him from early on. It’s always good to be alert, but I do not equate Obama with Hitler......not just yet anyway. I think many Americans voted for him out of ignorance and because they were looking for *any* change due to the economy, etc. They will not be happy if he does a lot of what he has alluded to either.....and with a sour and low opinion-poll rating, he is NOT assured of a 2nd term....which he definitely has expressed that he wants.

Actually, it did not originate with me. I did do a few corrections to ; it based upon my studies of Nazi Germany; and still have one question about it concerning the birthplace of Alois Schickelgruber, Hitler’s father. Everything I have read says that he was born in Austria. It could be that there were multiple provinces within “Austria” that they were referring to, in what was left of the Austrian Empire. Anyway, the rest of it was eerily similar. Plus, they can add to it that Hitler appealed to the people at a time where the economy was in the toilet.

From the book (pg. 245): "Section 14 of the Press Law ordered editors 'to keep out of the newspapers anything which in any manner is misleading to the public, mixes selfish aims with community aims, tends to weaken the strength of the German Reich, outwardly or inwardly, the common will of the German people, the defense of Germany, its culture and economy...or offends the honor and dignity of Germany' -- an edict which, if it had been in effect before 1933, would have led to the suppression of every Nazi editor and publication in the country. It now led to the ousting of those journals and journalists who were not Nazi or who declined to become so."
so, what's the problem? /sarc
