I believe a lot has to do with the amount of water you drink it with.

Most of the bicarb is converted to carbon dioxide within several minutes as it neutralizes the acid it comes in contact with.

What's left in your blood stream is sodium chloride (common salt), which is excreted via the urine and sweat.

BTW how did it work for you with the GA - it certainly works with the candida.
