I'm not an election judge but I would HAVE to guess that TALKING to the person next to you at the ballot box is AGAINST THE LAW. As is the nosey guy on the right side of this picture who is looking at his ballot.

What, someone can’t comment on how Michelle looks? She does need to be groomed....she looks like she just woke up, put her hair back and walked out of the house.

FOX News showed a sample shee-car-go ballot like the one Obama used. Apparently, there were lots of contests on it. It seemed like there was an endless number of names on those two pages.
Of course, if he had simply skipped the stuff he didn't know jack about, the way I did, it might have only taken him 7.5 minutes. (I think I only took about 3 minutes or so.)
