Trust me I am with you and I am trying to pay my mortgage off early too. To what benefit, now, I fail to see except that it is my responsiblity to pay it off.
People love “free” money. Or at least the lazy or those who ain’t too bright.
However, I will happily support McCain in this election because the alternative is pure socialism at every turn!
This is how Odinga, Obomas cousin, stole the presidential election in Kenya - and Oboma was his campaign adviser.
Trash the election, cry fraud (and in this case racism), resort to violence, and force the American victims to had over the presidency if they want their peace back.
All this about Oboma/Odinga will be reported on Hannity and Colms on Monday. There's even Oboma e-mails to prove it.
That would be 200 votes. In 2000, a swing of 200 votes in Florida - from Bush to Gore - would have changed the election.
Yes, I hope these reports have teeth. But I think an even more urgent need is for Hannity to do indepth research into the weighting of these polls based on fraudulent voter registrations. The more the facts of this scandal get out the less likely that Obama supporters will have an excuse to riot after the election.
There is no painless solution. But I really believe all the crap they’re throwing out is just election year crap. There’s no legal way the government can buy one person’s mortgage, lower the principle and the interest, and not do it for everyone. The only solution is to let the market work itself out.
One, the $100,000 mortgage is now only worth $80,000 which you point out. Under current guidelines this can’t be refinanced without someone paying the $20,000 difference.
Secone, what about the guy who’s been paying his $1,185 payment on time and is not in foreclosure? Does he get to refinance $80,000 at 8%, too?
