I hate to say it, but what pops into my mind is Booty Call. Overall not a great movie, but the scenes involving the Saran Wrap and the convenience store employees are just insane. I was laughing so hard I had to pause the movie.
The mentioned Mel Brooks of course, although nobody mentioned Spaceballs. Python-related I second, as well as Galaxy Quest.
And then there’s Baseketball. You can’t beat the hospital scenes with the kid. Last request: “Can I have Chelsey Clinton?” “I think you’d have a better chance with Bill.” !!!
BTW, I’m not endorsing the ranking from the snotty Hollyweird AFI but they are all there.

“The Russians Are Coming, The Russians are Coming” is an old favorite of mine.
Auntie Mame
My whole family watches this whenever they’re down in the dumps
And Clerks! Randall rules. You have to see his analysis of the destruction of the Death Star.
I’m going out on a limb and saying “The Gods Must Be Crazy”. Obscure, but hilarious.
American Pie: “And this one time, at band camp...”
Smokey and the Bandit: “Put the evidence in the car”
Sixteen Candles: “No more yankee my wankee. The Donger needs food”
Dumb and Dumber
Superbad
Delirious, Eddie Murphy concert film.
Trains, Planes, and Automobiles.
I’m sure I’ll draw some ire for this- but early Woody Allen -Take the Money and Run, Sleeper, up to Annie Hall. After that he lost me. La-di-da. la-di-da
