As I suspected, F&F opened their program discussing Gwen Ifill’s financial conflict of interest as debate moderator and her pro Obama book.

Given that Gwen Ifill is the moderator for the Vice Presidential debate Thursday, October 2, and Ms Ifill stands to substantially benefit financially by Barak Hussein Obama winning the POTUS election:Gwen Ifill's new book, "The Breakthrough: Politics and Race in the Age of Obama" should be identified with appropriate disclosure, along with the publication date of Inauguration Day January 20, 2009. This critical disclosure should occur during Ms. Ifill's introduction at the start of the debate, and again at the end of the debate for those who may have missed it the first time by tuning in late to the broadcast.
I would not expect Ms. Ifill to recuse herself due to her undeniable financial stake in a Barak Hussein Obama win in the presidential race. I do, however, question the vetting process for Presidential debate moderators.
