True...but she was booked and released on her own recog. (so I don't think the elastic band/scrunchie would have been an issue). From her 'good' photo, her ends look like a razor cut (to get that fine, wispy look) but not good if you don't work at it (as evidence by the booking photo). She still looks really good (at booking) but, I'll say it again...her hair is a mess in real life.
Heather, hon, you do the L'Oreal commercials...honest, blunt ends are your friends...

Heather is a beautiful woman. Always has been. You just don’t see or hear scandalous things about her. Not until recently anyway re her divorce. It looks like she had been crying (hard) prior to this mugshot. She doesn’t look under the influence of anything.

This is really sad for her daughter who has already had to deal with her dad’s issues. Poor little Ava. My heart goes out to her.
BTW, Heather doesn’t look bad save for the smudged make-up and the hair. Hope she gets the helps she needs for her and her kids sake.

I feel very sorry for Heather. She’s not a Hollywood bimbo; she’s a great mom from everything I’ve read. And if she was placed on some sort of medication when she was an inpatient, perhaps she’s in need of an adjustment.
I just love her and wish her only the best.
