I had nines days off for the rest of the year. Two weeks with a holiday so I get a full week with four days each and the day after thanksgiving. When I asked for today off last week when he saw that if I took a day off it would break up a week so he gave me a extra comp day off so I still have the two weeks and the day after thanksgiving.

Camp gives you anywhere from a weekend to a week to pack up and move.

I haven’t tallied up my remaining days off, but it’ll probably work out to two weeks at Christmas again.

Hi, and bye!
I’m off to bed. The barometer is dropping and so is my energy.
Later!

“I hope we dont have to sell this house until lots of children have moved out!” (Robt wonders if either marketing the house “with kids already included” would be a selling point.....)
Then again, she could always create more kids as the old ones are used up.

"Then again, she could always create more kids as the old ones are used up." It's what the rest of us do.

Lease the kids?
Isn’t it simpler to do what Roosevelt and Churchill worked out?
Lend-Lease ‘em until after the sale (er, war) is over?
What about re-leasing the kids? They could become free-range kids and have a bigger market value to the greenies.....

I havent tallied up my remaining days off, but itll probably work out to two weeks at Christmas again. (Robt is not sure how many more hours he has sold to the power plants this year. (Assumes that some accountant somewhere will keep track of the billable hours and actual hours and will tell either the IRS or the bank before St Ronnie finds out any money is missing.))
Cyber and EOD remind Robt it might be more pleasant (er - safer) for the IRS to find out before St Ronnie does .....)

Poll.
How many of you have changed your tagline during this thread?
Those of you who didn’t do you know how?

Well, success at last - St Ronnie has (al last!) phynished grading her physics and chemistry homework and has gone to bed.
But, there is now a problem.
To wit, there is an appliance in the basement buzzing - as if to indicate the completion of some previously underway industrial or energetic process that requires my inattention.
this “appliance” is a “dryer” - with contains mysterious blue-colored square and rectangular fabrics called “napkins” and “placemats” - used at the “family dinner” this weekend - where assorted great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, and small children (usually called “grandchildren” for some reason) were assembled for “dinner” .....
Anyway, the appliance formerly known as “the dryer” is emitting this buzzing sound.
Robt is curious: Should he
(a) attempt to locate the heat-emitting apparatus known as an “iron” to try to melt the “napkins” and “placemats” into regular squares?
(b) leave them in the “dryer” for future disposal by others-to-be-named-later?
(c) drop them off at the “dry cleaners” with sufficient cash so as to create the illusion of the magical “folding” process?

Cook, God love ya’, let St. Ronnie handle the problem. She’ll be happier and you’ll be happier. Just unplug the dryer.
