Megyn Kelly is co-anchor of the daytime news program “America’s Newsroom” (9-11 a.m. ET). She is based in New York City and joined FNC in 2004.
Kelly is part of FNC’s America’s Election Headquarters team, providing primetime political coverage on election nights. In addition, Kelly reported live from Blacksburg, Virginia after the 2007 Virginia Tech campus massacre, and from Huntington, Utah as rescue efforts were underway for 6 trapped miners. She also reported live from Durham, North Carolina on the rape charges against three Duke University lacrosse players, breaking new details that would ultimately help exonerate the defendants.
Prior to her anchor role, Kelly served as a general assignment reporter based in Washington, where she provided wall-to-wall coverage of the confirmation hearings for U.S. Supreme Court Justice Samuel A. Alito Jr. and Chief Justice John Roberts. She also reported on the retirement of Justice Sandra Day O’Connor and the death of Chief Justice William H. Rehnquist, as well as the indictments of Scooter Libby and Tom Delay.
Kelly also appears regularly on The O’Reilly Factor with Bill O’Reilly.
Before joining FNC, Kelly served as a general assignment reporter for ABC News affiliate WJLA-TV in Washington. During her tenure at WJLA, Kelly covered national and local stories of interest, including the 2004 presidential race and the D.C. sniper cases. Previously, Kelly practiced law as a corporate litigator.
Kelly earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Syracuse University and a J.D. from Albany Law School, where she also served as editor of the Albany Law Review.

This morning I heard Tom DeLay literally call Obama a Marxist. It was on KSEV 700 in Houston. It is no idle accusation and we should NEVER allow a communist to take power in America.

Interesting thing about O’ Reilly. I sense that he has an extremely big ego that covers an equally big inferiority complex.
He is extremely sensitive to criticism. Almost to the point of it being a neurosis.
Most other people would let things roll off the back not him.
Because of this he has this overwelming desire to be liked. He covers up by leading you to believe that he would rather be feared, and that “he’s looking out of for you.” etc.
He usually caves in on these interviews.
Don’t look for him to ask the big questions on Obama. Megyn Kelly, Laura INgraham, Ann Coulter, etc. They’ll nail the person they interview.
O ‘Reilly’s objective in the interview is to come out “liked” by Obama.
I wish that he wouldn’t interview him, because it will result in the guy’s poll numbers going up...
