It will survive. But it can survive without buildings. The road can be very rocky as it survives. Afterall Our Lord has chosen them and they will always get it worse than anyone else.

Pray for Israel. It’s the best that we as individuals can do.

Ahmadinejad vowed that the United States and Israel would soon be "annihilated," language he had not used so explicitly since October 2005...

Er... it seems that he says stuff like this every day... if he ever STOPS saying stuff like this then I would start to be concerned.

I doubt they’ll nuke Israel, just having nukes takes away Israel’s only advantage & reduces it to a weak third world country beseiged by enemies on all sides & even from inside. Not much need to nuke it, unless Israel does it first, ‘cause Israel will be headed to a natural death.

Hey I heard rumors that Saudi Arabia has some Paki nukes in exchange for having funded Pakistan’s nuclear program. You know, I think Pakistan is more likely to nuke Israel than Iran. They hate Jews like crazy & can barely control their psycho Islamist population.

Why fool around and give them time to prepare a stronger defense. Do it now and get it over with.

Iran is feeling her oats again. There will be no Iranian Mullah Empire. The Sunnis hate them worse than they hate us.
Besides, there are lots of ways to bring down Iran. A few “Accidents” at oil centers would cut off the funds. Maybe a little plague to rip through the population? Or maybe a “Terrorist” Nuke in their capital? It wouldn’t take much to take out the bomb making factories, one little part taken out and the whole thing could come apart. Maybe a general could take on the mullahs, kill them all at one meeting? Maybe the Shahs son can comeback leading a new movement? Maybe a revolution could be launched from outside? A little poison here, an “accident” there and things could really change. A single act, in the right place, could do a world of good for the whole middle east.

Its all fake Mo_ham_mads rightiousness, they don’t think logically, they think God has called them to kill. They would certainly nuke Israel...
The worst part to me is when Russia and China jump in to form their own new world at the battles peak, seeing we are vulnerable..

Come Lord Jesus, we don’t care about no stinking false prophet’s 12th Iman..the real antichrist..
Let’s Roll!!

Last month in Rome, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad vowed that the United States and Israel would soon be "annihilated," language he had not used so explicitly since October 2005 when he promised to wipe Israel "off the map" and urged Muslims to "envision a world without the United States."

Holy Shiite, that means a lot of dead U.S. muslims also.

This week, his regime authorized a new series of Iranian war games. He ordered the digging of 320,000 graves to bury the enemies of Islam.

Only 320,000 graves to bury the enemies of Islam? What an optimist.

He is calling for the unification of the Islamic world politically and economically, including the creation of a single currency.

That will be a miracle, since his Shiites only comprise 10% of the Muslim world and the different Sunni sects comprise the rest - except for the Sufis whom the other two major muslim groups also hate.

That's the one thing that can always be counted on in Middle Eastern muslim speeches - exaggeration to the max for the illiterate/ignorant crowd appeal. Nasser of Egypt was a master of that sort of oratory.

If this happens before November and the voters know Bush supported Israel's strike on Iran, that will kill the GOP in the election.

F***ing idiots, clamoring for national suicide. In a sane world, it would kill the treasonous 'Rats' chances.

Can't they wait until AFTER the holidays?

I don't think that this is too much to ask.

Tens of thousands of suicide bomber cells could be activated in the region — especially in Iraq and Israel — and perhaps even in Western Europe and the U.S. and Canada.

This in itself is cause for war.
Strike now, Strike Hard, continue to Strike until Islamic Iran is no more.

I agree with you. Let’s play “real hard ball now” and get it over with — been thinking about this lately...

Agree — bomb Iran now -— Numerous neighbors here in L.A. who arrived in the US in the seventies are very worried about what’s going on and are ENCOURAGING our current administration to get in there and do something.

They detest what’s happening in Iran and are fearful for their (mostly elderly) relatives who never felt they could leave the homeland.

Because WE want an attack in that time period

That way, it isn’t Bush’s war, and the incoming president will have to deal with it in full force right from the start

anyone who cries UNCLE too early will either be in the trash heap of politics immediately or long forgotten, both quite likely in this country...

I think its going to happen since Israel does not have the guts to take out the Nuclear reactors. They keep waiting for us to do it... Why wait when your country’s very existence is at stake?

We might well want that but it would most definitely be "Bush's War" since, unless there is absolute victory, the new President will move heaven and earth to claim it was a mess they inherited. Actually, McCain will have to do the heavy lifting because Obama will get a pass from the MSM automatically.

anyone who cries UNCLE too early will either be in the trash heap of politics immediately or long forgotten, both quite likely in this country...

Maybe in the long term but I suspect the new President will be content with backing the country away from a full fledged nuclear war and we'll be too busy picking up the pieces and dealing with $1,000 oil to worry about history.
