I was going to go to church, but the nausea is back. I had a fairly good week, but Thursday provided just enough stress to tip me over the wall.
So I’m staying home and doing quiet things. Watching the wind blow...and grass grow...and rocks move....
I’d love to go sailing! I haven’t been on the water in years!

The water doesn’t have that many swells, but there are quite a few motor boats out there today, so lots of waves.
I’m a bit more worried about scratches from his claws on the fibre glass....
