Democratic presidential candidate Sen. Barack Obama D-Ill., right, fills sandbags surrounded by the media at a sandbag station in Quincy, Ill. Saturday, June 14, 2008

“I’ll show those conservative patriots just how much bull^%$# I can heap on them....”
What is that, a gardening shovel? Hurts my back just to look at it.
OH LORDY Monk or dead you got check this out LOL!

"No, no, you know the deal: you mentioned my middle name, you didn't quote 'Jerry McGuire' enough, and your skin's not the correct hue. You stay in rehab until your thoughts are in order. Now here, have a cracker, crakcer..."

Gonna have to dig a bigger hole under the bus to fit everyone I know under there.

“The disgusting and menial things I have to do to get whiteys votes.”
Can ya dig it baby
Alvin Borntrager, 10, left, and Noah Borntrager, right, continue to fill sandbags while Democratic presidential candidate Sen. Barack Obama D-Ill., center, speaks to reporters after filling sandbags with volunteers at a sandbag station in Quincy, Ill., Saturday, June 14, 2008. While flooding around the Midwest is more serious in Iowa and parts of Wisconsin, the water is rising in Illinois and more water is on the way.

.."this better go over well...if I have to bowl again I'll be back up to two packs a day again"
He will make a good home builder like Jimmy.

I asked for a left-handed shovel dammitt!
He’s never actually had to use a shovel to do his shoveling, so he’s not familiar with the tool.
Nobody is paying any attention to him. Heck, they have work to do.

Barack H. Obama, PHD*

Eh, suppose he's ok, or something, but kinda hard to believe this claim of 'change' - Seems the standard photo-op to me, whole bunch of people fly in, take pictures, blab a bit, then fly on, while me and the kid are here filling sandbags. If all them photographers and reporters filled a bag each, it'd maybe be worth it.

QUINCY, Ill. (AP) - Barack Obama has stopped by the Mississippi River city of Quincy in his home state of Illinois where he used a shovel to fill sandbags as a precaution against the rising river.
Obama said since he’s been in public office he has not seen “this kind of devastation.”
Obama pledged to push the federal and state governments to provide aid to the stricken areas.
