I'm a armorer for My department, and We use the mini 14. It's maybe a bad batch of pins. The other thing it could be is hard primers, or old/bad milspec. ammo. The only other thing it could be is a timing problem or bad headspacing. With the exception of the ammo, all others are "factory" fixes. It may take a while, but Ruger
will make it right(imho).
