I really expect David Cook to turn Billie Jean into a pretty cool rock song.
Wow--she looks beautiful tonight. Seated at a piano, she sings "Every Breath You Take".
A little hiccup at the beginning: She sings "Every breath ..." and starts over "Every breath you take". But that's a minor flaw.
This is much, MUCH better than her performance last week.
Randy: Very interesting song choice. I loved that you started and said, whoa this is not right. Professional. It was okay for me. I wished you had played on your own without the band.
Paula: We want contestants that are unique and have their own niche. (Paula is rambling badly tonight, hard to follow her)
Simon: Totally agree with Randy. If you had stayed with the piano, it would have been much more cool. The first half, even with the mistake, was fantastic.
Seacrest's compliments her on starting the song over. "Very brave."
I wish they would do something like Monchichi singing “Like a Virgin”—at least make the show have a bit more comedy than what we get from commenting on Paulas frock and FRinks
