I fixed FR on my computer by simply clicking on “comments” and then adding that address to my ‘favorites’. And now that link replaces my old FR link.

Please see post #81.
It's really that easy to fix.

No, it's really not.

I could do that when coming in initially but once I'm in and reading a thread then I'm supposed to go to a bookmark to come back in to the latest posted comments instread of hitting the "News/Activism" link at the bottom, or top, of the page?
That's not even effecient, much less convenient.

I don’t know about the other forums, but “comments” doesn’t work in the Religion forum. I have to page down to the thread in which I have an interest and then open that entire thread to see if there has been a new post. It’s awkward at best.

The "Comments" include ALL the forums, not any particular forum.

It’s a work in progress as there’s still no button for a beeber or free puppy.

Exactly. In the past, I could go to the Religion forum for that very reason.

I agree. I hope we get seperate comments for the sundry forums, otherwise news/activism will drown everything out.

???

At the top left-hand side of every thread is a link for 'comments'...

Ahhh, I did not see that. Many thanks.
Also at the bottom of the thread.

Now if we can get comments for either particular forums, or groups of forums, I'll be satisfied.

How do I view comments for just News/Activism like I could before?

While we're at it how can I see the comments, rather than just a list of the headers to the comments?????

I've selected the proper option on my profile page, and selected the Full option, and all I get is the to/from/date/and thread name. I want to know what was said in each without having to open every link individually.

Did you see the word “Comments” on the browse page?

Click on it for the latest comments.

Yessssss, but it only shows the headers for the comments, not the comments themselves.

I actually want to see the comments when I mash the comments button...

So when on your comments page you edit the word “my/” and than you are on the main forum.

What would you do for General or Religion?

I removed the wrong “/”.

You need to edit the one “/” between focus/my not my/comments!

Who would have thunk it!:)

Now if they would just add a check box in the freep mail page to delete all old mail at once.

Oh, I want this too. I could never delete all the old mail and even when it's read it sometimes comes up as unread so I always have mail even when I don't have anything new.
