If you go up to the Thrust Ring, and find an open enough area, you can jog in the proper direction and go into free fall.
We don’t rotate all that fast, and the Thrust Ring is closest to the center of rotation.
Of course, there’s the zero gee swimming pool, but I figured you were talking about athletic activity.
