Even worse against Obama. Obama will draw left of center independents and younger voters. A 47 year old Obama will stand in stark contrast to a 72 year old McCain.
Obama does not have the negatives Hillary! has, so tried and true conservatives will be less motivated to hold their nose and vote for McCain against Obama.
A vote for McCain is a vote for liberal Democrat policies. A vote for McCain is the same as voting for Hillary. Liberal polices and more compromise he’s worked over the years. He likes Dems and their policies and will work for them in the Oval Office just as he does in the Senate Chambers. Your voice and all other voters voices will never be heard.

Someone tell me how we can win if not McCain in 08? I am very open minded and that is why I posted. I stood outside and got media attention n 2000 for Bush to win and gain support but I so want a Republican to win in 2008. I just don’t see any other candidate having a chance. Should I support Romney? Rudy? I trust McCain for some reason. I also like Huckabee on his moral resolve. Sure it is a delima but feel free to sway me.
