Even Britney’s ‘liars-for-hire’ couldn’t put up with her not listening to their advice. It seems like she actually could care less if she gets those kids back.
When even the lawyers won’t have anything to do with you you know you have sunk lower than whale poop.
No offense. I live here in LA and we are inundated with Brittany et al.
TMZ had the photos of her getting out of cars with no underwear on. The woman craves attention. The best thing that could happen to her would be that the papparazzi would get bored and stop following her.
At some point young people lose any claim they might have on sympathy, and this person may be well past that point.
But it is useful to remember that she was on top of her particular world just 5 years ago and no one gave her that net worth that is equal to Romney’s. She earned it.
She is in the process of squandering it and making monumental errors, but much of that derives from being surrounded with bad people who give bad advice. There have been some who have offered to help her, but she — as a young person doing very badly with her life — probably does not have the capacity to pick out who can help her and who can not. Even that may have some cause to excuse in that when she was on top of the world, the leeches were no doubt crawling out of the woodwork from day one and she fended off as many as she could.
If we need to assign blame anywhere, maybe it’s the parents. Not so much for throwing her into show business as for not stepping up when the down spiral started and getting her cleaned up.
At this point it is going to take a man and a great deal of luck in finding one that will commit to her well being.
FWIW KFed actually has exhibited good parenting skills. He is not a druggie; doesn’t drive while intoxicated;; hasn’’t had rages or breakdowns in public; and generally acts in the best interests of his children ((w Spears and Shar Jackson). KFed also keeps the kids away from the paparazzi and apparently listens to his legal team as he shows at every court date or deposition.
Spears does what she pleases when she pleases (narcicistic personality disorder coupled w/post partum depression exacerbated by recreational drug alcohol abuse). She needs help...an intervention or she will be the Anna Nicole of 08. It is very sad to watch her implosion.

Neither one. One of them is (believe or not) a little too classy to want pics of her, and the other one would (if they were so inclined) print the skanky pics that are freely available. Why pay for the cow?
My guilty pleasure is Perezhilton, Hollywood Grind, etal...even their snarky celeb bashing tons toward Spears have changed...its get her some help NOW!!! No one wants another ANS.

Speaking of which, Perez Hilton has video on his site of her in her car driving around town for the entire hour she was supposed to be in her deposition. Fifth time of no-showing it. She isn’t even interested enough to show up for a depo for her kid’s custody? K-Fed at least does that. Of course it’s in his financial interest too, but still. I’ll take a financially interested parent anyday over one who could care less either way.
When this custody drama started, there was an SNL skit with a cast mate (can’t remember which one) as Federline giving parenting tips. Like Bill Cosby he was a role model for dads (and he’s black!) It was hysterical...but, sadly, compared to Brit’s parenting oh so true.

IMO, she is a drunk, druggie, and a nympho. She has been running unleashed for so long that no one is going to bail her out of the pound.

Britney is supposed to have an annuity fund that pays her well over $250k a month for expenses. She was valued a year ago at over $200 million...but I’m wondering if alot of this is simply overvalued real estate and long-term investments?
I’m thinking that they have a very winnable case...but she won’t cooperate and play by their tactics. Personally...I’d offer K-Fed $12 million in cash to just settle up and shut up. I’ll bet he takes the money and halts the case. If she isn’t that smart...its time to pack up and leave the US...and go to the UK for ten years...leave the kids with K-Fed and just give up.

Federline has no job and offers would offer nothing to Brit’s kids. He has two other out of kids earlier.
Getting custody gives him an additional payday to the settlement he got from his divorce.
The reason why Brit may land up paying the additional custody cost is because she is a complete wreck and idiot. Federline is taking her to the cleaners, again.
Billable hours are important to lawyers. But looking ridiculous in high profile public cases doesn’t help future business either.
As this chick is completely out of control and not following through on simple, basic court instructions, the judge will of course comment on such actions and look poorly on the lawyer.
And the lawyers have a vetted interests in being consistent in cases before judges they will see again as well.

IF she has lawyers, why would they instruct her to just ‘not show up’ when she was on thin ice for not showing to the last four? What kind of lawyer is that?

Not necessarily. I watched a few episodes of their reality show, "Chaos," filmed prior to their marriage. Britney was clearly the aggressor, the one throwing herself at him, the one wanting to be married to him. She was working him everywhich way, not the other way around.
Neither one of them has an IQ of room temp. I hope their precious little boys have serious nannies and teachers who will help them use their brains. And the kids probably should begin therapy immediately. They've already been thru enough to scar them for life.
