“WJ are you awake yet? You didnt sample too much of the holiday cheer did you? You know what that does to the knees and palms of the hands.”
Can’t do holiday cheer until I finish with morning service, after that, I’m fair game! Rested up a bit, worked on the book, went over to the in-laws and had a magnificent dinner, and opened presents. Blew them away giving them all photo printers, so they can now print their own pictures right at home, and now maybe I’ll get some to put in the scrapbook.
I hope your holiday was as much fun and as nice as mine was. And now I sit her sipping on 20 year old scotch, and smoking a good cigar, I’m content!!!!!!!!!!

Goodnight everyone.
My valiant knight thy furrowed brow tell stories not spoken but hangs heavy as your cloak hanging from slumping shoulders war worn, tired from bloody battle
of clashing blades, slashing swords, yet holding forth a stalwart posture of honor while bent from battle on this night-come my knight to your maiden's chambers tower high away from the clamor to the midnight hour of magic moments
Lay thy bloodied beaten head upon the softness of my bed and lay in peace 'til the cock doth crow then off to battle thou must go
White Knight honor to uphold bravely striding before the fold leading your company to victory and bestow your world with fealty...

Sound like you had a great day. Mine was peaceful and opened gifts. I sent most gifts to people via FEDEX as they live in all sorts of places (Los Angeles, Charlotte, NC, Phoenix, AZ). Just finishing an eggnog spiked with brandy. The Coversier comes later.

the website listed is about a single soldier, who made some hard decisions, and helped a small handicapped boy from Iraq to find a new life. It is touching, and real , and worth the couple of minutes to read it.

One guy with a heart the size of Manhattan, and the courage to do something hard for one kid. That is a hero!

hmmm...I Googled Kremenchug, Ukraine for school location. Seems there is some sort of mail order bride business there or something.
Gee whiz Wally, do you think that's right?

A little bear sleeps in his little bear skin, he sleeps very well I am told. Last night I slept in my little bare skin and I got a heck of a cold. Quote from a Spike Jones record, Circa 1945 - 46?
