Yes, that’s how I first heard that it was an imposter. Up thread here, is the post where I first heard the rumor. The first post I saw about it was about on page 188 but if replies have been removed it could be page 187 or 186 now.

Oh, in the body, at autopsy, yes. I thought first we were talking about the quote from Harris concerning Dr KE “successfully helping wean Smith off Methadone before Dannielynn was born.”
That didn’t seem to be true.
And then, I thought you meant how could they tell the difference between a methadone tablet from one batch and a tablet from a different one - as in, the origins of one Daniel might have had in his possession and one that Anna might have had in her possession.
Heck, I don’t even see how he managed to get a judge to “just substitute” Dannielynn’s name for Daniel’s name in the trustee section of the will.
Maybe because HKS has chosen to find a way to minimize the probated assets in CA? It “seems” like a very small estate?
While I think ANS’s intent on the 2001 will was to make it as much like J Howard’s as possible, in a kind of “one-upsmanship” or maybe “copycatting” to pay as little tax as possible on assets and cover the preponderance of everything else in a trust or corporation or both, the circumstances changed so drastically with Daniel’s death and Dannielynn’s birth, that the “results” will also change.
I’d vote for ‘pre-concieved’ circa Feb ‘04, when a lawsuit busted HK’s ineptitude wide open for ANS at a time when her career was starting to take off again. note ‘no trademarks’

A. Complainant
1. Complainant claims she aggressively enforces and protects said rights both through her own direct efforts and legal representation, and through her authorized agents. **The Panel notes that Complainant, however, holds no actual registered trademarks**, and thus relies solely on common law rights in her name, which requires that she establish a broad
level of recognition of her exclusive rights to the use of the name in order to prevail.
FINDINGS
The Panel finds (1) that Respondent has registered a domain name that is substantially similar to Complainant’s professional name, although it is not clear to the Panel that Complainant has established the degree of notoriety and famousness normally required to give her the exclusive
right to such name as a common law trademark;
(2) the Respondent has established at least minimal rights to use of the domain name as a “fan” site and has established that it has actually used the domain for such purpose for a period of nearly two years without objection until recently by Complainant; and (3) Complainant has NOT established, as required, that the domain name was registered and being used in bad faith.
DECISION
Complainant having failed to establish the three elements required under the ICANN Policy, the Panel concludes that relief shall be DENIED.
Accordingly, it is Ordered that the annanicolesmith.com domain name shall NOT be TRANSFERRED from Respondent to Complainant and that further proceedings on this issue be
prohibited under the UDRP.

The offshore bank was awarded a banking and broker-dealer license from the Central Bank of The Bahamas in February 2006, enabling the business to serve the Bahamian private banking clients acquired from Banco Sabadell in 2005.
According to an EFG International press release, this was a precursor to ambitious organic growth plans, growth that is to be underlined when the new premises on Bay Street open on Tuesday, October 23.
“This significant investment reflects EFG International’s confidence in the business, under the leadership of Steve Mackey, and commitment to The Bahamas. The new premises are now fully operational, and will be officially opened on October 23,” the release said.
“The business is developing according to plan, and as of mid-2007 had grown to over 35 employees, including 12 Client Relationship Officers (CROs).”

The above equitable principle is capable of confusing academic and professional lawyers because of its ramifications in real life situations. It is difficult to understand the doctrine without a clear understanding of some basic principles of Land Law. Our Land Law in The Bahamas fundamentally draws from English Land Law. Thus, let us explain the concept of ownership under English Real Property Law. English Law generally does not recognize the concept of absolute ownership of land by any subject of the Crown. Thus, all land belongs to the Crown and as such only the reigning monarch for the time being can enjoy absolute ownership. All that a subject can enjoy is an “estate” in the land, which gives him or her the right to occupy the land for either an indeterminate or a fixed period of time depending upon the nature of the estate. Whenever we talk of estate we are referring to the nature or kind of interest that one may have in land in light of the fact that the concept of ownership does not exist under English Land Law. Initially, the king will grant the use of land to persons as tenants of a life estate. This estate which relates to tenure or use of the land in the highest degree is what is commonly referred to as “fee simple estate”. The word “fee” indicates that the estate is capable of being inherited. This interest or estate in the land can be alienated or sold or transferred even by a gift to another party and the third party will acquire an interest or estate in the land subject to the original grant. He can equally leave the property by Will to persons of his choice. The Fee Simple, however, lives on and one should appreciate the fact that although in reality it may effectively go on forever, the fact remains that it gives no more than the right to occupy the land for a period of time, and if the owner dies, without the statutory next of kin (who takes the place of heirs after 1925) the land reverts to the Crown. He/she says that Virgie probably wishes that Danielynn had never been born so she and Donald Hogan could get Anna’s money. Several posters questioned the cruel remark, but he/she stood by their statement. Very pro-Stern, anti-Virgie. Asked several questions about Jerry Brown. Posts were very short, but like trying to get info from other posters. Its Only Me just signed up on 10/16. Like I said, I’m very suspicious. Maybe I’m wrong.

.....First and foremost to be accused of being a Sternie is the absolute worst insult that can be bestowed upon a person, especially a person that is for truth and justice. I can assure you that I am not a Sternie. The same thing was said about the post I made about the inquest being on Oct. 30 before the information became public knowledge.
That being said, I read a post by Oh Really on a message board and believed the post as the conclusion is a reasonable one. This person has always had credible information in the past. The post on that message board has since been deleted. I did question why this person would be tipping the hand and not holding that information close to the vest. If this information is not truthful information, I do apologize to all.

First off, who called you a Sternie? I don’t see anyone stating that.
First reference to Oh really was referred to by JusticeDenied for the arrest rumor. You never stated any source in your ‘warning’ post.
TSG, a place that doesn’t require log in and anyone can pretend to be someone else. TMZ posters can pretend to be anyone on every post also and in fact do very often impersonate one another. TMZ doesn’t require a log in and neither does TSG.
Stating the source of information in posts especially for first announcements like an arrest would eliminate a lot confusion of hit and run posts. It would be helpful to posters here, where log in IS required, to ascertain for ourselves the reliability.
For reasons stated, I punctuate anything from those sites with a big question mark. Both are also known to be Sternie hangouts, unlike FReepers.

SPRING POINT, Acklins – Howard Stern, husband of the late Anna Nicole Smith, was appreciative for the new sloop Anna Nicole, that sailed for the first time at the 30th Annual Acklins Regatta and Homecoming this past holiday weekend.
One month ago, ‘King’ Eric Gibson appointed several young sailors and boat builders under the age of 20 to refurbish his Lucayan Lady sloop. When they were done, the sloop’s color was changed from green to pink and renamed Anna Nicole. Stern, who attended the Acklins regatta, said he had mixed emotions about watching the boat sail for the first time.
“It was hard for me to come here, but at the same time, I am grateful to Shane Gibson and ‘King’ Eric for honoring her this way. So, it was fitting for me to support the idea, the people and the island of
Acklins at the same time. I know this is something that Anna wanted because we discussed this in January. It made me think about how things could have been if she was still alive to see this,” said Stern.
Overall, the Anna Nicole finished second behind Lee Armbriser’s Good News and ahead of Dentrick Miller’s Sea Star. According to Stern, it is the effort that counts.
“It does not matter to me if the Anna Nicole wins or loses because I know that Anna would have wanted ‘King’ to be the captain of her boat. When I saw the boat for the first time I really liked it and I know Anna would have loved it too, mainly because of the color scheme,” explained Stern.
When Stern arrived on the island, the Gibson family gave him a tour. He got a chance to see the house where Bahamian music legend ‘King’ Eric grew up, sampled some native fruits like sugar apple, guinep and tamarind. He was also treated to a celebratory breakfast to launch the new Anna Nicole sloop.
“I really appreciated the hospitality of the people on Acklins Island. This is a fantastic island and the people are very friendly. I really wish that Anna could have been here. This island is a hidden jewel. I hope that staging a race in her honor and the publicity it will gain, turns out to be good for the economy here,” added Stern.
Acklins is expected to gain international media exposure this week as the E! Entertainment channel was in town to cover the regatta. Although Gibson did not win the A-class, he congratulated the overall winner, the Good News.
“Lee Armbrister has the leading boat for ‘Boat of the Year’, so if you really want to beat him you have to come strong. Overall, I am happy with how Anna Nicole performed. We worked out all of the kinks and now we are ready for the next regatta. For the most part, we are happy after pulling off another major regatta in Acklins that was very successful. The people who came down seemed to have enjoyed it,” Gibson said
