Giants score TD near end of the 3rd (Shockey from Manning) — Jets still lead, 24-21.
LOL ... the announcers were just talking about how you had to take down a heavy back at the “cankles”. Good election strategery?

Cleveland had outplayed the Pats in Q3. Crennel knows how to attack the Pats D and it looks like they have made the better adjustments. Pats seem a bit confused on offense in the second half.

Jets driving in the NYG red zone, Pennington floats a duck (even for him) resulting in an INT int the EZ. 10 mins left...

All in all, the Jets are doing well in an away game.

Yeah, until the Jets DB lets Burress stiff-arm him for a 50-yd TD jaunt down the sidelines...
Giants, 28-24

And after reading what I wrote, instead of getting Seahawks/Pittsburgh my local Fox affiliate is showing Lions/Redskins. We got Steelers-Seahawks on AFN this evening. It was OK the first half and then Pittsburgh just ran with it.

Pats would rather pass the ball and risk an INT than run the ball and chew up Cleveland’s TOs and the clock.

Ross seals the deal w/ a 40 yd INT return for a TD, NYG 35-24.

It should be a close game, but it’s not because of Browns screwups. Game’s over unless the Pats do something dumb.

Do you get the Bears-Packers tonight? No, Bucs and Colts are the late game. It's starting right now and it's too late for me to stay up and watch. (11 p.m. here.)
We usually get two games at 8 p.m. and two at 11 p.m. (or 9 and 12 when standard time hits in the U.S. - it hit here last week), but one of the channels wasn't coming in tonight for some reason. Sun spots? ;-)
I've left the MWR where they were showing it on the big screen. Maybe we'll get some good games next week.
