“Am I the only person around here who doesnt drink alcohol?”
My father used to say I inhaled beer.
So now I not only no longer inhale beer, but I don’t drink any alcohol.
(Rather than stretch my ration over an entire lifetime, I guzzled it down in a hurry.)

quality shmuality.
I don’t want to get crosseyed drunk but I do have a beer open pretty much the whole time that I am not at work. No way I could drink that dark malt ale lager microbrew lager malt dark ale cherry chocolate ale brew all day long.
Everytime I see one of those I see someone that doesn’t drink alot.
Me = BuschLight. Cold. In a can.

Thanks for the info. That “How to Brew” is a lot of reading to digest. I’m gonna have to take it in small chunks. This thread is bookmarked for ease of finding that website.
As far as proofing your next piece, let me see how I handle the “How to Brew” homework you assigned before I commit to even more.

In a time when every beer imported into the US seeks to be a clone of Budweiser, I remember San Miguel beer from Manila. That was a first rate beer and a hearty meal, as well. :)

While in Ohio recently I had Commodore Perry IPA from the Great Lakes Brewing Co. This is without a doubt the finest beer I have ever drank. Find it, buy it, and drink it!

One great thing Yuengling has going for it is that it is cheap.

Don’t be afraid to jump in. It is after all, little more than making soup.
The payoff is huge however. There are few better feelings than enjoying the fruits of your labor.
The fact that it is beer is just icing on the cake.
Cheers,

The time is coming soon when I will commercialize it. Look for an ad in the back of Popular Science some time in the next few months.

This is a good read on the history
of American beer entrepreneurs.
