Oh yes indeed the American..that one looks like the .22 Hornet, fine looking rifle. The European style does get a bit of getting used to. Some of the newer ones have a single set trigger.
Before the storm?
I wonder if we’ll really get any stronger wind than we’ve had already today. It was definitely gusty on the way back from church.
Ungh...if I type on the typewriter for awhile, this keyboard feels really, really weird.
It’s not over yet ;~)...there’s the potential for it to storm all night and into tomorrow. But hopefully it won’t be too much, just blustery :~)

I picked up some white yarn so I have an alternating color for the one ripple afghan I’m working on, and also some more white and some black and red for some sort of blanky for thenewnephew. Not really baby colors, but it’ll fit them more closely as a result. I dunno what I’ll do with it, though. Maybe just another ripple...one with really thin stripes. Those go together super quick, even if they’re kinda boring. I guess I could also do squares of some kind.
It’s not over yet ;~)...there’s the potential for it to storm tonight with the highest winds tomorrow during the day... The hour by hours shows winds 20-40 from morning through late afternoon. It’s a little easier to bear during daylight. :~)

No, but I’ve got some nice warm brownies made with dark cocoa and a glass of cold milk....
However I’m all out of pecans and walnuts so it’s just plain brownies.
I haven’t been so far. If I do, it’ll be via cookies.
