...but this piece is WND!

So? Let me know when their credibility onb this subject is as low as the New York Times in general...or the Wall Street Journal's editorial page on the illegal alien issue.

Meanwhile, Michael Medved, the self-annointed debunker...was himself totally outed by this. So much for the SPP being "totally innocuous." Does this sound innocuous to you? Special interests ...foreign interests...dictating our laws?

Regarding the concept of killing the messenger in your comment #58, do you see any irony at all in your comments immediately proceeding and following?

Protect my investments?

Don't you think it would be preferable if Pemex was privatized to the benefit of Chevron or Exxon rather than Petrobas?

Considering the looming strike at LA & Long Beach ports, don’t you think it would be a good idea to have another way to get goods into the country?

The ILWU is threatening to stike, or just another work slow-down?

It's not going to happen. Mexico will still remain #2 in not allowing foreign investment, after North Korea.

It'll still be the same old corrupt Mexico that has no public works or infrastructure with a select group of people that controls the wealth, regardless if the SPP realizes or not.

“Don’t you think it would be preferable if Pemex was privatized”

Sure! Now we’re getting to the meat of it.

Mexico has more Investor-State trade agreements than any other nation.

Strikes come and go......Sovereignty should be forever.

All that Chinese chit is worthless (and dangerous) anyhow.

You and Rude should move to China. I hear they’re looking for some good globalist translators.

First, Pemex has to spin off their natural gas activity.

Why would I want to move to China? I’m not even remotely interested in that country . . . or their worthless chit.

To teach them an immoral and unprincipled form of capitalism known as Globalism.

They might executed you though. They’re real sticklers for sovereignty.

Or what about the Walmart watch?

The movement is made in Japan, the stainless steel case is mace in Brazil, assembled in China, and Walmart sells it for 7 bucks.

Wear it til the battery fails, throw it away, and buy a new one.

What the heck do I know about “immoral” capitalism? Do I need to find a Mullah somewhere to explain it to me? Sounds like you might know.

“What about the “stuff” that comes from Japan, Taiwan, Malaysia, etc. Blow that off too?”

There’s a rumor.......China is the big player in this and I think you know that.

Those other countries will find a way to get their products here.

And I nearly missed this one . . . you need to explain it to me. Ad hominems are judged by "popularity?"
