I agree. Too many people are involved in those dog fights for someone not to talk. It doesn't look good for Vick, unless there is some behind-the-scenes payment or the prosecutor Nifongs the case.

Hah, hah … no bets here … just making a (suggestively) legal statement. I, like you, think he is good for this, however … what are your thoughts on his punishment? I would think his final disposition would either be some small (to him) punitive damage fine and/or 15 hours of community service as recompense for his dastardly deed.

These prosecutors have watched that precedent, and have been working this case for a while. This wasn’t a hurry-up-and-get-something-before-the-election deal. And they know Vick will have really good representation. No, they’ve taken their time, and will most likely prevail.

These Super Jocks, from the time they reach high school, are told they can do no wrong by almost everyone around them. It’s a wonder more of them don’t fall into a hole like this.
