Did you notice if the concrete had been pulverized, or was it just broken?
Original pictures from Gen Partin's report showed concrete beams with exposed reinforcing.
The concrete had literally been pulverized into powder by the blast and stripped from the re-bar.
It takes a force equal to 100 times the compressive strength of the concrete to do that.
He also demonstrated how the energy from the shock wave dissapates as it travels outward from the center of the blast.

I saved links to many of the interesting OKC threads in my profile page on FR.
One detail that I find most interesting is that there were between 3 and 15 video cameras that captured the blast and the time leading up to it. The FBI has/had the videos, but the videos have not seen the light of day since the FBI got them. They were not turned over as part of discovery to the McVeigh defence team (court TV thread in my links).
