I just printed the envelope and it’s not lined up on a size 10 envelope. Plus, at the top of right corner it has, Page 1 of 1. On the bottom of the envelope it has your web site and the date. I don’t think you would want that printed, right?
You have to adjust the “page settings” on your browser to prevent the URL, “Page x of n”, etc. from printing. You can also adjust the margins, “shrink to fit”, or enlarge the image. You’ll need to play around with it a few times. Everyone’s browser settings are different.
This is all good for a laugh. Unfortunately, the people who’re paid to open the envelopes are only paid to extract that check that you write, and add/verify your name and personal information on the contact list for future “requests” for funds. The rest of that stuff goes in the shredder if you’re lucky. The ones who call on the phone are trained liars who will tell you anything you want to hear, but they aren’t passing anything along to anyone except the fact that you agreed to donate or not. I’ve shortened the process—from mailbox to shredder. I’m getting a bigger shredder too. In the summer time I use their junk as fuel to start the bonfire down by the lake.
The pre-addressed envelope they provide is addressed to a PO Box with a 20077 zip-code. I changed it to go to their main office. That’s assuming the address at the bottom of their website is correct.
