Well, there be no shortage of willin hotties in that locale if my memory serves correct. It doesn't. I live here. Willin' sure loads of 'em... hotties... not so much.

Hey, I was in college. And a philosophy major. Hottie is relative in those circumstances! ;)

I suppose the locale is subject as well, I live in the heart of the area in question, about 10 minutes from Glassport. There are a few of the afore mentioned willing hotties as one approaches Pittsburgh and the Universities.
Either way, a new movie studio is not one of the things most needed by this area. Once famous for George Romero's "Night of the Living Dead" now famous for welfare and the microwavable whizzinator.
