The best thing for her would have been if she had kicked Howard to the curb. Maybe the lure of the Marshall’s money made her feel like she needed him around I don’t know. Not sure how far you’ve gotten in the videos but one of the nanny says she would tell Howard to leave and then wonder why he was still around. Howard’s the type she would have to just pack up and leave him. Also remember when Larry said that she was crying because Howie gave her an ultimatum Larry or him. How silly is that? Still it’s pretty obvious whom she chose. I think her drug use really escalated after Daniel died. She was abusing in California but I think KE and Howie pretty much kept her sedated after Daniel died and would then give her uppers when she had to do her interviews. I can’t get over the footage they showed on ET getting her hair done before an interview. She was in a whacked out semi comatose state. Then in the interview she was cognizant but slurred somewhat. It was the interview where she’s wearing the pink and black T.
I think she went to the Hardrock like a month before - when the boxing match was going on - remember the pics with her in the dark glasses and Howard helping her drink thru the straw. That’s when they picked out the boat. And of course there’s the commitment ceremony. She looked whacked out in both sets of photos.
IMO I still say the 4 people with her the last week of her life are all partly responsible for her death. Mainly HKS, just the fact he left her in the filthy room and didn’t get her help and went off to ck the boat.(something is SO wrong here) KE, well all the meds she prescribed knowing they should not be mixed and meds in different people’s names? Her leaving and calling to check how things were going?(or IMO to see if Anna was still breathing?) Taz, what kind of nurse is she? Supposedly she was on the phone and puter IN Anna’s room when she was dead and didn’t notice? (plus the condition of Anna and the room?) Calling HKS instead of 911 after Bridgett found Anna? And Moe. They all knew what was going on in that room. And no one did a thing to help Anna. IMO Anna was a prisoner in that room and was probably drugged out of her mind the whole time. I don’t believe she “got betterâ€. I think it was all dn hill once she checked in. IMO
I went into my theory in the previous post right above this one when I responded to Shywolf. I think they kept her on downers and then when it was time to do interviews with E! they would give her uppers. Even according to the nannies interview she did have some moments of lucidity. She was surrounded by leeches no doubt. Still it was a house of cards that she built.
Before Moe shut up the thing that got me was that Howard left his precious Anna alone. Remember he ran into Moe and crew in the lobby. That’s what was odd that there was no one there to watch her. Hmmmmm....on the other hand one could argue that this is when Anna drug herself out of bed and ODed on the chloral hydrate. Still it just seems odd that he wouldn’t wait to see where they were before heading out.
Howard accused others of being stalkers - but he (IMO)is the ultimate stalker. How creepy is it that after someone tells you to leave and get away from them - you just stay. He was stuck on her like a leech - she couldn’t shake him. She was known to get mad at people and cut them out - she probably yelled at them and told them to stay away from her too - and like normal people they did. Why would you want to be with someone who did not want to be with you? Did someone say Psycho?
or(i read this on a post a few 100 posts ago)...Was Anna already dead then? Did HKS leave so he wouldnt be there when someone found her? Why was it Bridgette found her and not a nurse that was RITE there. Is this when Moe said HKS was asking odd pacing on his cell phone? I still believe IMO that her last week was hell.
I agree it was hell. The woman was dying..dying ..dying..between the infection and the meds. My god!! How the heck can this be deemed accidental and HKS have the nerve to portray himself as the victim.

Yes...and after Daniel died and Dannielynn was born he had everything he wanted. Everyone thinking he was the father...then he comes up with this story about how they were lovers and Anna saying how she attacked him the first time..ohhh geeesh ..sounds like a bad episode of Boston Legal. I bet in his past he’s leeched on to someone else. People don’t just develope these personality traits out of the blue.
I blame her and Chyna...all the other actors did a decent job. The guy who directed this did a movie called Time Chasers...it was featured on Mystery Science Theater 3000. For a low budget movie with mediocre actors it was actually pretty good.

HKS attaches himself to ANS way back when when J. Howard Marshall died. He holds her purse and her coca-cola’s since way back then waiting for his millions to come in.
But they lose the Texas case. They win in Cali and then win again and then lose. Finally it goes to the Supreme Court.
In the meantime HKS is stuck with ANS...Ms. Trainwreck herself. A whore, a pig, drug addict alcoholic who was mean when crossed or sober. HKS had to keep the ANS empire afloat during lean times (when ANS weighed over 300 lbs or was pregnant) in order to pay the army of lawyers to keep the lawsuits both for and against them floating along.
LB and DAnny were big threats to his control of ANS and both got squeezed out. HKS knew that child would be a magnet between ANS and LB and would be a threat to his future. DAnny getting older and more assertive and questioning was another threat to him.
There was NO WAY he was walking away from ANS when he had worked for over a decade on the Marshall money. No matter what he had to do he was not going to let anyone and that included ANS, her children, her boyfriend or anyone else get between him and the money he felt he had coming.
ANS could order him to leave all she wanted... he just increased the drug dosage to keep her asleep longer.

I’m leaning towards no detox - at least not in a meaningful intentional way. They may have accidentally forgotten the methadone or something and she entered withdrawl as a result - but I think they were tox-tox-toxing her, not detoxing her. She was the meal ticket and Howard’s obsession. They may have just finally given her too much junk and she died from it - for which they would be at fault - or I could go with something more sinister - like maybe Anna was going to give Larry another chance and cut Howard out - he couldn’t have that - or if he somehow felt that Anna was going to do him in at Daniel’s inquest - the latter would be a stronger motivation to me.
This may sound stupid - I am not a leagal eagle - but is there a point at which Howard could have ended his “legal” relationship with Anna and still received the benefits of the Marshall lawsuit? I mean if you have a lawyer who works on a big case for you - takes you most of the way to a settlement or a win - but then you have a falling out and you hire a new atty. to finish the last bit of the job - does that first atty. get any of the $$ besides just their pay? Does the new lawyer just get to step in at the end and reap the rewards? Maybe someone will know.
