I think the only impact this should have is when there’s to be a divorce. In that case, a woman should have a ‘fiscal value’ assigned to her role as ‘family manager!’

That's just absurd. Many young girls would get married and have kids solely for the money, the kids being secondary in their life's plans. Not good. It would be great to see more stay-at-home moms, but this isn't the way. It amounts to Welfare without even filling out an application. Just have kids and bingo, free income for life.
