$4000 per plant? BS!
In CA those lies have come back to haunt the cops.
Now the police are paying $4000/plant for the ones they destroy. Actually in CA they pay $6000 per wet pound including root balls, just like the value claims they made for all those years.
They don't make the laws, they just enforce them. LOL
