You Are an Excellent Cook |
You're a top cook, but you weren't born that way. It's taken a lot of practice, a lot of experimenting, and a lot of learning. It's likely that you have what it takes to be a top chef, should you have the desire... |

I've still got a bunch more. Hope they're not cluttering up the place!
And I have the Indonesian and Taiwan cultural pieces that need to go up too! Plus a few flower pics I took before leaving. Got to clear out the digital camera for my trip to Bangkok, which is looking like the 30th of April.

Not cluttering up! They are lovely to look at.
Can’t wait to see the others you have as well as the flowers.
Ah, another adventure coming, good this is great.

Boo, this one stinks. The dessert selection is terrible.
Well, I suppose one can always learn. ;)
You Are a Learning Cook |
You've got the makings of an excellent cook, and the desire to be one. But right now, you're just lacking the experience. You couldn't be a top chef yet, but you could be an apprentice. |
To: Soaring Feather
Well then, here's a taste of the spring flowers!

Oh these are gorgeous. Do you know the names?
The first picture is amazing. Looks a little like a huge Iris.
To: Soaring Feather
No, I don't know the names. The first flowers were inside our local nursery greenhouse, and the other two were from walking around the streets of my beloved home town.
I'm pretty sure the first picture is, in fact, Irises, as you point out.

Walking around the streets of my beloved home town.
I wandered round my home town
looked here and there on my pass
on old ground, and saw delightful
memories abound before
my eyes of my beloved home town.
Some buildings are no longer there
some have come to a sad state
no one loves them enough to say
hey, old building you need a fresh coat of paint.
The old playground is not the same
different swings hang there now
the games of tag on dusty grounds
puff up memories of a care free time.
The old trees -some of them are gone
we climbed them all as young lads green
and laughed and laughed at silly jokes
we knew what would displease our folks.
Like a sepia tone photo the memories come
of my beloved old home town
an ice cream stand we haunted on hot days
the old swimming hole where we jumped in
to refresh ourselves, the kids in the neighborhood
were all there, we were all kids then and loved it there.
