Yes, I know all about the case in depth.
I still don't understand the response I got when I correctly posted that both claims had been retracted.
The AG and Kim denied the claims in the ABC story almost as soon as it was released.
I too am -- or so I thought I was -- familiar with the case; however, something I read in a recent post (perhaps one of the other recent threads) has somewhat confused me.
I don't recall anything about CGM's "driver" being a male named Kim, as the confusing post suggests. Unless the poster was referring to Kim Roberts' post-party duties. I know she looks a bit "mannish" but...

Of course they did.
AG is not about to say they have trouble with their star witness.
Kim has one brief moment of fame in her life. She is not about to diminish it in any way.

The drivers are Brian Taylor and Jarriel Johson along with a driver/boyfriend Matthew Murchison.

He is a black male who took "Precious" to motel where she had paid sex with a couple and used a "sex toy" on herself before lacrosse incident.
In a sworn statement given to defense lawyers, he described multiple instances of taking the supposed vic to local motels for paid sex.
