Thanks for posting the opinion. I actually read the whole thing, including the dissent. Then reread the majority's comments on the dissent.

I was unaware of how little SCOTUS has visited the topic and believe the majority opinion was well researched and reasoned.

The dissenting opinion did not seem to be hostile to a non-D.C. citizen but did show the thought process of someone who did not want you to have that right.
