I heard today before I left that Virgie has already filed papers to contest that Anna Will be probated in the Bahamas. Rumor is that the Will cannot be probated in the Bahamas but Stern's lawyer is surely going to try to get it probated in the Bahamas.
9am DNA tests are suppose to be done tomorrow
I see it the same way. That a Bahamian court is adjudicating the case of an American baby is confusing to many, I'm sure. But that doesn't make it feasible that she is a Bahamian, when all anyone has to do is look at the law. How about this? In FL they adjudicated Anna's remains and appointed a guardian to act for Dannie Lynn in the case. Yet, these people assume Dannie Lynn is Bahamian. DUH. How would THAT work?? LOL

There is no appeal from Howard - the swabbing will be done tomorrow on the baby at 9am. Both the baby and larry will be swabbed

I did...how adorable is Larry? Too bad that he couldn't have somehow pulled Anna out of HKS grasp. He may have been her only chance at some sort of normal life.
