Generally, the one crime you can commit in America which is ALWAYS severely punished, is to embarass the power structure, and Fong has done that; he has made the entire legal profession in NC look like a third-world clown act. Nobody should think he is going to get away with that.ah, but the 88 professors who jumped on the dogpile are unfit as teachers, and should be suspended, investigated, and fired.
That may be the least of it. Duke has to move, since at this point no parent in his right mind is going to send a kid to school anywhere close to Durham NC. That is, they have to get rid of the garbage element in their administration and faculty, AND they have to move. That is, if they survive the tidal wave of lawsuits which is coming. Interesting situation, no?
