Somebody out there may remember this better than I, but isn't this the same guy who had an outstanding warrant for his arrest (marijuana possession) enforced in the state of Florida when an eagle-eyed Florida sheriff recognized him when Lampley entered the state to act as a sideline reporter during the early days of Monday Night Football?

(not saying she deserved to be beaten, though). Is that the definition of "domestic abuse" in California? State by state, some of the standards are pretty peculiar once you get to the nuts and bolts of them. In some states it's just yelling loud, and the "victim" doesn't even have to complain.
