Another thing - the long break until this bowl game allowed Meyer to get the players healthy again. The Gators were really beaten up at the end of the regular season.

Have you been watching Florida at all this year?

--Expect OSU to come back and make a game of this in the 2nd half. --

Will the OSU defense have any legs left? They could never stop FL in the first half, now they must really be dragging.

That's been true in the past, but they have come back this year after seemingly being beat. Different team this year...they have heart.

This is unreal. I thought that the best matchup would have been OSU and USC. USC obviously didn't deserve it after losing to UCLA. So far, this has been quite a surprise.

Gotta take a break. Hopefully I'll be back at the second half. Got a daughter and husband leaving on two different flights first thing in the morning, so there's packing still to do.

Well, we'll see if 34 points at the half does the trick. Hope FL scores an additional 34 on the Big 10 champions.

A scriptwriter would have been thrown out of a producer's office with that story.

The look on Smith's face after FLA's last TD was of somebody who was giving serious consideration to resigning himself to having lost.

You are correct, Ohio State has the talent to make it a ballgame, and Florida has a tendency to coast - especially in the third period - but this one is just feeling like a blow out.
