If it were snowing or something here and looked like yalls places, it would be different but this is just....uncomfortable. Uncomfortable is good though I guess because it looks like we will dodge a freeze and the citrus will be ok.
Amazing home video of icy collisions in Portland |
LOL Seems everyone is tired of winter this year. I wonder if the cold is what is getting your batteries. Walmart is my least favorite place to shop - I try everywhere else first :)
I'm not sure I bought that excuse before - I think the barn's haunted :)
Or she doesn't like sharing the ghost with Pony :)
I hope it's the ghost of a stall cleaner... that'd be nice :~)
Hey - my hose works! What joy the simple things can be!
Wow. Count your blessings, huh? I knew that blazer type one was in trouble when the brake lights went on. What is amazing were the people in the street though.
I don't mean to be wimpy or a complainer. I know yall are having rough times. Season changes should be enjoyed IMO and we haven't been in the 30's in a year or two. I've just had a very bad day and it looks like it "ain't" over yet.
It's like a street party... or maybe like the running of the bulls :~) It's part of the sport.
No, I think she really just does not like the ghost period. Pony seems to though. That's probably why she got bit in the butt:')
My camera was in the Mustang. Whew!
This isn't good. We are under a 6-8 hr freeze warning tonight. A little snow might have been pretty but we can't handle a freeze here.
Good heavens, the geeks are coming out of the woodwork for AI...kind of a pitiful show for a season premier:(
Becky
Glad you found your camera.
Our forecast is 0 tonight.

Time to wrap this up, huh?:') I may be out at midnight picking oranges. Then again...:') On a serious note besides killing crops we don't drive good in it. Not enough experience.
As for the geeks.... is that a bad thing? ecurbh likes to watch for the bad ones.
Do you need to do anything different for the horses than you would at 32 degrees? Have you been in the negatives before?
I think this winter you're entitled to complain - I think we all are :)
That is really not good. California already lost their oranges. If you all do, I'm in big trouble, one of my favorite fruits. And losing an orange grove is really an expensive proposition.
