Well, I haven't been a happy camper today either. I had to leave the van at my office. I went to go up there this morning in the mustang. The battery was down on it too. After a charge I went up there to get the van and take it to Walmart. They wouldn't put a regular battery on it and it cost me 62 dollars plus a Taxus tax plus 7 dollars to charge the battery plus regular tax and only took 3 hours. I get in and the gas light comes on. Well I know how for I can get on empty so I came on home trying to keep it at 45 so the damn heater would work. I HATE THIS WINTER STUFF!!!!!!!!

Cool...I never even knew we had them here till last year. I saw one 2 times last year. This year I think I have a pair and they are coming in pretty often.

I've been told we have orioles here, I haven't seen one, but would sure love too.
The birds are eating alot. I've been thru 14lbs of seed since Fri. A lot of it tho kept getting covered up as it was snowing, and I kept putting more out. But I'm out of loose seed now, I'll have to get some more tomorrow, altho yesterday Walmart was out.

It does look rather awkward doesn't it? :~) Another great picture! I've put out two coffee cans full of seed today. It's interesting that for once, we have about the same weather. :~)

I'm tired of it:), but I sure don't see it leaving soon.
So, are you guys American Idol fans too...it starts tonight. If you've never watched it you should try. Tonight and the next few weeks will be auditions, and they can be hilarious.

ecurbh likes to watch this first round, I will say it was funny, but I get really uncomfortable when people are making asses out of themselves ;~)
We never watch after this, he just likes to watch the idiots.

My ducks are back. I gave them some bread so they may move in now:') I got some pics with the disposable. I'm really worried. I had the new camera with me when I left, with the card to exchange. I couldn't find it when I got to Walmart. I'm so hoping it is in the Mustang. I can't have lost another one.

LOL...you sound just like me. I get really embarassed watching some of those people. But Mack liked it, and I slowly got hooked. Last years the first time I watched it from start to finish. Funny how you get hooked rooting for some of them.

the ones that come here and the yellow ones with black head, I think they are called black-cheked orioles. They are winter visitors and they are pretty.
I have gone through all my bird seed too, and can't get into towen to get more --- I am giving them oats.
