Good for this judge.
My father was a big man. Not fat, really, just big. Almost scary big. He was never stupid enough to sit on a flimsy chair, and you couldn't pay him to sit on an antique chair.

Thank you. I get tired of these weight index things that say what "obese" and "Over weight" are.
I'm 6'-8" 280 and do not consider myself fat. I had a physical this last summer and the doctor had no idea what I should weigh based on my size but he said I look extremely healthy.
I would never dream of suing anyone for something like that. I make it a guideline that if my ass doesn't fit in the chair I'm not going to sit on it. =)
