Wait a minute.

Paulat, are you suggesting that a 4 year old be assumed guilty, based on NOTHING of any substance?

You are the one who said this child performed a "vulgarity" so the onus is on you to support that statement. YOU prove it.

Very sorry if I offended.

Do you know this family personally? cuz thats some BIG assumptions (there viewing habits ect).

since the dad was shocked and is fighting this i would assume in FAVOR of the child. a family that would watch mtv, expose thier kids to vulgar behavior wouldnt bother with such actions.

i question why you see it this way? the article clearly states he "brushed" her breasts, yet you used the word "banging"-thats quite a leap as well.

my son used to do the same thing when he was young and the result was boogies on my shirt.

do you have children?

How can a 4 year old 'molest' ANYONE?? Throw me a bone here!

"How can a 4 year old 'molest' ANYONE?? Throw me a bone here!"

Thats my point exactly. The person I'm arguing with presumes the child is guilty. Perhaps there are some 4 yr olds who behave in such a manner. If so I would argue they are only modeling something they've seen without any understanding or intent of what they are actually doing.

That said, a four year old is only slightly removed from the age of nursing. To accuse a child of molestation for a hug without some kind of proof is beyond silly.

I'm in education. If one is worried about indoctrination...go to a conservative college (I recommend Hillsdale) or (god forbid) learn to think for yourself!

(rant ended)

He shouldn't do that to a teacher.

The focus seems to be on the age of the child, but i think this has more to do with the child being a boy.
do we really think the teacher would have reacted the same way if it had been a little girl??

who said he did it to a teacher? or are you speaking of the boy in question?
my point beint that it was probally an innocent gesture, not something perverted.

"do we really think the teacher would have reacted the same way if it had been a little girl?? "

I think you have a point. This is totally stupid. A four year old deserves to be protected and not charged with a crime and marred for life.

i agree. its really sad:(
I dont know why the attack on boys is becoming so far fetched and out there. in my nephews school even pulling a ponytail or poking a girl in the arm is considered sexual harrasment now, no matter how young.

Sorry...Somebody on the other thread made a snide comment about it, I guess I'm a little sensitive. :-)

I would LOVE to be proven wrong! Prove it!

You are spouting nonsense. You have a lot of nerve asking freepers to disprove your idiotic theories.
