Dude, ICS is disabled by default, and his point was that most people don't need ICS enabled--so on most computers it's disabled anyways...

ICS is disabled by default Obviously, nor is it hardly ever enabled by anyone else, making this whole thread a waste of bandwidth to anyone other than those whose lives seem to revolve around glorifying the latest Windows hack.
