How about an incendairy shotgun shell, that way it's cooked before you can skin it?

If true and not a satire: Cool idea!
Of course no one will own a shotgun after the democrats are done.

The only problem is in getting the necessary density of the pellets. Q- How do you make food as heavy as lead? A- Ask my Mother in Law.
Sometime next year, if all goes well, Brett Holm of Chaska, Minn., will begin selling his Season Shot, an improvement over current shotgun shells because its pellets dissolve on contact in the game meat and, more important, automatically flavor it for cooking.
People use metals for shotgun shells because of the relatively high density. What substance could shells be constructed from to have even moderate density without being toxic? If I remember right, mercurous nitrate should be fairly dense but water soluble, but I really wouldn't want to have it dissolved in my game meat.

Can't resist, so meaningful on many levels: "the end of seasoned meat!"

ping to #24. I don't know how he'll do it either. If it's not heavy enough, will you have to have wild boar breathing down your neck to git 'r done?
