Sorry, Jezebelle, with all humility, I apologize if I have offended you, for I know there are true exceptions. Whenever/wherever there is corruption, envy, covet-nous, and true evil, it goes on.

But it is happening throughout the world and most of us had no idea what was happening to people who didn't have unlimited resources or had ever run afoul of the law or knew those who did. I have personally experienced, and watched a friend of my parents go through what the fellows at Duke have gone through. I wrote off my parents' lifelong friend as a fluke, but sadly, it isn't. You can accuse anyone of anything in the police station and the lives of those who are caught in the web of deceit are ruined. RUINED. You may win but at a complete loss of everything you have and are.

Second mortgages, credit card max outs and what you get from the State and the Officers who refused to do their jobs is an apology -- and that's if you're lucky. If you're not, you get the Second mortgages, credit card max outs and you loved one sits in prison -- when there is absolutely no evidence just that "gut feeling." Well, when officers refuse to interview witnesses, arrest and ruin families, I'm sorry, Jezebelle, Duke isn't a fluke and neither were the two experiences I have first-hand knowledge of.

God knows my heart, and I mean no offense to you or any other law enforcement officer who has God's wisdom in his heart to know what is riding on his work, or what is riding on his future, if he's wrong -- and I'm not talking about here on earth.

Yes, wasn't that disgusting. I give Bradley credit, he backed her up and that was the end of it. Maybe, just maybe, the boys will get a fair and balanced report -- that's all you ask for -- just a thorough, fair and unprejudiced look at the facts. Geez! It seems so simple to me.

Dancer’s Latest Account in Duke Case Is at Odds With Accuser’s

I did a bit of church volunteer work today in NJ (soup kitchen). So, why am I bothering you folks with this non-breaking news?

Well, there was an athletic-looking young man (who looked like a college athlete; I thought he might be a football player for Rutgers) helping out there, and after an hour or so I asked him where he was in school and if he played ball for them...he said he played ball, but lacrosse was his sport. I told him that our family was a lax family (one son and two daughters play) and then asked him where he went to school, and he said he was between colleges. I asked him where he had gone to high school, and he said Delbarton.

I then said, "Hey...that's where that Duke lax guy played his high school lax..." And he looked at me and said "That's me." (Reade Seligmann).

I told him about FR and the support this board has given him and his mates. I cannot and will not report on what he said or didn't say for obvious reasons, but rest assure that I asked him no questions re that night.

What a kid--I was most impressed. And make sure all of you watch 60 minutes.

I finally got my DUKELAX wristbands and you cannot believe how many people actually ask me what it is -- and then, when I tell them, they all complete 'go off' about Nifong and the whole case; people are infuriated!

I know that isn't much of a consolation for him, but maybe it will help.
