I ask again, whats the difference between welfare and tax cuts? We give money to the poor to help them on their feet and get a job, we give tax cuts to the rich to make the jobs, why not hold them each accountable or just say we should have neither of them to begin with?

A poor single mother owes little or no taxes. Therefore, you could give her a "tax cut" of a billion or ten billion dollars, and it would have absolutely no effect on her tax bill.
